Qualifications & experience
- Minimum education from Vocational High School (SMK) TKJ/ D3 Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk staff for hardware & software troubleshooting for computers (PC, Laptop & Printer) & network
- Commit to completing the assigned work
- High analytical and logical skills
- Good communication skills
- Mastering English (Oral & Written)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the Onsite Engineer if there are obstacles in their job
- Ensure the Onsite engineers can perform their duties following the SOP
- Helping the Onsite Engineer find and solve hardware troubleshooting problems
- Assist the Onsite Engineers who have communication problems (if there are language barriers)
- Remoting the engineer's laptop if needed in terms of configuring the device.
- In urgent conditions perform work as an onsite engineer
