KOENSIA is responsible for power plant operation maintenance and consulting in Indonesia and our employees have much experience in construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and management at KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Generation) and KOEN’s power plants.
In Sulawesi, one of the projects is as O&M Consortium for PLTU Palu-3 2x50 MW. We are looking for the best candidate to support our business activities in Palu, Central Sulawesi. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills to deliver duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and implement the safety rules and procedures in Company in accordance with the quality management in the Company to support the safety and smooth operation of Power Plant.
- Supervise the operational shift of Power Plant in all circumstances to maintain the availability of Power Plant.
- Supervise and monitor all required activities for equipment for start up and shut down of the equipment of the power plant to support the Company operational.
- Conduct the investigation and provide the proposed solution arising to the Plant (trouble, abnormal operational condition, danger sign) and provide the solution to be followed up to support the continuity and availability of Power Plant.
- Prepare Faults Report from force stage and to prepare and also to review the quality and accuracy of the required information to be reported to Maintenance Department for further corrective action.
- Conduct Isolation accurately and timely manner for defined area in accordance with Permit-to-Work Procedure to ensure the continuity and Power Plant maintenance.
- Supervise the accuracy and completeness of Plant Quality Records which has been completed to ensure all Power Plant activity is documented.
- Control the Implementation of relevant procedures and Work Instructions at Quality Management System during conduct the daily works following Management Standard.
- Make daily report, work order, and record the usage of the material in conducting the work to support the continuity of operational and maintenance of Power Plant.
- Monitor human resources development (training, certification etc) in Operation Department in order to support operations activities.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operation or maintenance of the power plant.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
