Shift Leader - Production

Responsibility:

• Ensure all team members are adhering to safety guidelines and following standard operating procedures
• Organize work assignments and break schedules to optimize productivity and maintain production flow
• Monitor ACH and PAC production processes to ensure they are running efficiently and meeting quality standards
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance teams to troubleshoot any equipment or process issues that arise during the shift
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications
• Supervise the dispatch and filling of products into packages to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Verify the proper labeling and packaging of products before shipment
• Coordinate with the logistics department to facilitate the smooth transfer of finished goods
• Oversee inventory levels and liaise with the supply chain department to ensure adequate stock of raw materials and packaging materials
• Minimize wastage and implement efficient inventory control measures
• Train new operators on production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Min. 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry
• Having experience in chemical production will be a plus
• Excellent communication in English is a must
• Willing to work in Karawang, Jawa Barat
