Role Summary:
Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to the transport and distribution unit or department.Responsibilities:

- Respond to routine internal and customer enquires on delivery times and the status of shipments and orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately .
- Enter data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date transportation records and to track the status of orders and deliveries.
- Contact shipping agencies, transport companies, and customers to verify delivery prices and schedules.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
