Showroom Manager (Luxury Furniture Showroom)

Responsibilities:

• Setting and achieving the annual sales target for the brand.
• To be the brand ambassador and expert. Able to explain brand values to clients and trade professionals.
• Networking with the market and media on the image, value and positioning of the brand
• Coordinating with Marketing/Communications Manager for marketing activities
• Providing team with a stimulating and supportive environment
• Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
• Driving team performance
• Controlling the training and development of your staff

Requirements:

• Age max 40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Degree majoring Interior Design/Architecture
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the same position. Good addition if you are experienced in furniture/interior industry.
• Meeting sales goals
• Strong negotiation skill
• Strong motivation for sales
• Strong in building relationship with clients
• Passionate about interior design and home furnishings.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• High appreciation in luxury interior products
• Will be placed at PIK-2
