Showroom Manager (Matrass)

QUALIFICATION :

1. Minimum educational background S1 ( Bachelor ) any major from famous university, preferably from Bussiness/ Marketing Management or related
2. Have minimum 3 to 5 years in experience in Retail Matrass Industry
3. Have wide interested in sales, winner’s mindset and target oriented
4. Have good appeareance (good looking) and neat
5. Fast learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic & persistent
6. Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership & managerial skill
7. Has strong communication skills, both in local language(s) and English

Responsibility :

1. Maintaining and increasing sales performance
2. Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual and team as a whole
3. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
5. Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers
6. Partner with marketing and sales to review promotional events
