Site Aquisition Manager - Platinum Cineplex

Job Description:

• Will be tasked with identifying new cinema sites in all of Indonesia region;
• Site survey and measurement;
• Building relationship with Developer / Mall Operators / Mall Management / Property Agent to get new site;
• Negotiation of new cinema lease space and relevant terms of approval;
• Build on existing and new relationships with Developer / Mall Operator / Mall Management / Property Agent to ensure competitive pricing, timing and roll-out;
• Preparation and manage of the annual budget for space, fit outs, contractors etc.;
• Working with Project and Design Team on new cinema concepts designs, cost of materials comparison, feasibility studies etc.;
• Preparation of regular reports on progress, negotiations, leasing expiration etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years retail / cinema / food and beverages industry experience with a focus on new site development projects;
• Proven understanding and ability to work with Developer / Mall Management / Mall Operator / Property Agent on negotiation of new and renewal of terms on existing cinema leases;
• Experience of managing an aggressive cinema roll-out across in Indonesia;
• Knowledge of working with external architects / consultants on store design -- any exposure to CAD design an added bonus but not critical;
• English communication is a must
• Sales and result oriented;
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment; and must have a comfort for change;
• Sound computer skills with Microsoft products like Office, Outlook etc.
