Site Establishment Supervisor

Overview

Overall function to Supervise day to day at M3 Site Establishment Facilities & Support Area for Construction of Marvel 3 Project. Also to have daily coordination with the relevant contractor for occupants of 1600paxs site facilities which provided at M3 projects i.e Canteen, Gate, Parking Station along to maintain good Housekeeping. Communicate and report site facilities for maintenance with workplace services.

Job Description

• Daily Supervise operation readiness of site facilities canteen, prayer hall, toilets and any support facilities as of hospitality for M3 project worker on A2/A1 including plants.
• Provide daily report and weekly highlight of Site Establishment to Site Manager/CM.
• Controller for daily check condition and maintenance routine of all site facilities, water usage drainage and including mechanical and electrical are well functions.
• Communicate with Contractors, 3P/PMC and WPS for align daily coordination for them provided food for workers, i.e food containers/packaging handling.
• Supervise of implement Site Establishment Rules and GHK as Per UOI standard.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree S1 / D3 from any majors with preferred from Technical, Industrial, General Affairs.
• 3-5 years experiences on  GA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Camp & facilities coordinators for running backup construction projects, mining expansion and or backup plants operation.
• 1-3 years Exposure and knowing the local standard for run site facilities, construction canteen, mass toilets, drainage. etc.
