- Become a Key Project (PIC) of project according to the Manager's decision
- Carry out quality control for ongoing projects
- Supervise projects in accordance with planning
- Measure and create basic 2D and 3D layouts that have been surveyed
- Conduct an assessment with the QA team when the renovation work has been completed (D-7 before opening)
- Coordinate with the brand launcher team regarding new brand equipment requests
- Delivering equipment to each outlet
- Submit a new asset request outlet to odoo (TE/OM) and coordinate it with the relevant team
- Entering new asset request data into the brand partner team's google sheet
- Receive and check incoming goods according to the required specifications to the Kemang Office
- Coordinate with Leader Outlet or SPV Area Ops to deliver equipment
- Inbound in odoo when equipment has been received at each outlet
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architect or equivalent from reputable university
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
- Having experience in F&B Industry/Retail
- Having Quality Assurance Management and Constructions Knowledge
- Fast learning and quick action
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
