Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description

1. Maintain system availability, reliability and performance by focusing on technical infrastructure, security and user scale.
2. Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, test, and implement best practices in technology infrastructure, and make fixes and improvements as needed.
3. Ensure good integration between system infrastructure and existing services and applications, as well as continuously monitor system availability and performance.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents and system performance, and identify improvement solutions to increase overall system reliability and scalability.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Minimum 3 years of overall work experience and knowledge of software management.
3. Have competency in Scripting Language (Python / Shell Scripting (Bash) / Javascript, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP), Orchestration & Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), Performance Monitoring (New Relic / Datadog), Principles of Distributed Systems , Analytical Thinking, System Security, Collaboration & Communication.
4. Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
5. Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
