Job Responsibility
- Supervise general workers and sub-contractor
- Monitor daily project progress based on project schedule
- Monitor completed projects defects and rectification works
- Attending necessary site meetings/site inspections
- To be responsible for coordinating design issues for the projects with consultants, clients and external parties.
- Coordination of sub-contractors works and their resource including workers and machinery at site.
- To assist & undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
- Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that quality/types/dimension are as per the specified requirements.
- Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site.
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Knowledge of construction site practices.
- Preferably with Diploma / Degree in Building Construction, Engineering (Civil & Structure), Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or experience in related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years
- Familiar with building construction
- Knowledge in construction specialist work.
- Able to lead and supervise site workers.
- Honest, strong coordination, punctual, disciplined, independent
- Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
- Possess own transport (motorcycle/car) and willing to travel
