- MEPF Troubleshooting/Maintenance/Repairs in the site covered by the warranty.
- Make suggestions to provide client satisfaction and enhance client experience.
- Prepare Site Assessment and Maintenance Reports.
- Collecting data from technicians.
- Communicating/coordinating with client and vendors.
- Tracking of parts/materials.
- Assessing warranty coverage limits.
- Reviewing warranty submissions, accept or reject claims, collaborate with vendors/sub-contractors, and address issues relating to warranty contract.
