Smt Engineer

Responsibilities :

1. Process flow design and debug
2. System placement design, layout and optimization
3. Responsible for running pre-production and ensuring the process and finished product meet customer requirements.
4. Good communication with customers and team work

Qualification :

1. Bachelor degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering
2. More than 1 year hardware working experience
3. Active English speaker or mandarin is an advantage
4. Having adequate knowledge of SMT Process.
