As a highly skilled Content Creator specializing in videography and photography, you will be a key contributor to crafting visually stunning and engaging content across diverse platforms. From conceptualization to end-to-end content production, including video and image editing, you will be instrumental in creating a dynamic visual narrative. Your expertise will extend to TikTok, Instagram (IG), and YouTube, and you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content and Social Media plans that resonate with our international audience. To be considered for this role, a portfolio showcasing an international modern style of technique in both videography and photography is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Videography and Photography
- End-to-End content production, which capture raw content and take ownership of the entire editing process also produce polished and finished content through proficient photo and video editing.
- Utilize Sony cameras, CPL filters, and DJI Ronin gimbals to capture stunning visuals.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of lighting techniques for optimal video capture.
- Produce visually captivating content with an international modern style of technique.
- Utilize cutting-edge equipment and techniques to create high-quality visuals.
- Showcase proficiency with our other equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and photography technology.
- Video and Photo Editing
- Take ownership of the video editing process, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products.
- Utilize advanced video editing software for seamless transitions, effects, and narrative enhancement.
- Enhance and retouch photos to meet the desired visual standards.
- Apply creative and artistic techniques to elevate the quality and impact of images.
- Maintain consistency in editing style and brand aesthetics across photo content.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
- File Management
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of digital files, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
- Implement and manage robust organizational systems for raw and finished content.
- Categorize and label content according to project, date, and other relevant criteria.
- Ensure consistency in organization across different content types and projects.
- Social Media Mastery
- Create and implement Social Media plans to enhance brand visibility globally.
- Develop content strategies tailored to TikTok, IG, and YouTube platforms.
- Stay abreast of global Social Media trends and algorithm changes.
- Content Planning
- Conceptualize and create content from scratch, aligning with our brand and objectives.
- Bring innovative and trendsetting ideas to life with an international modern flair.
- Ideate and execute content plans that align with brand aesthetics and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3 in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia
- Preferred background and area of expertise V-log video, event documentary video, and advertisement video
- Strong creative thinking is a must, have a good sense of art direction is a plus
- Min. 5 (five) years of experience and must master the Adobe family.
- Able to show a great portfolio
- Preferably good in English
- Willing to work in Bali
