Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategy• Collaborate with internal eCommerce and PR teams• Generate engaging content for various platforms• Oversee content creation and scheduling• Foster community engagement• Monitor trends and competitor activities• Utilize analytics tools for tracking and reporting• Collaborate effectively with other departments• Provide dual reporting to PR and eCommerce heads• Contribute to ideation and development of creative campaigns
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, PR, or related field• 3-5 years experience in Social Media marketing and creative in hospitality industry• Experience in directing media agencies is beneficial• Fluent command of English, verbal and written• Strong team player and able to work under pressure• Proven experience in Social Media management• Proficient in Social Media analytics and reporting tools• Creative mindset with keen eye for design and aesthetics• Knowledge of design principles is beneficial• Local hiring only due to local law and regulations
