Social Media Intern

About the role

This role will be based in our Jakarta Office and report to the Social Media Manager

The primary role will be to manage our Social Media including:

• Collaborate with the Social Media manager to brainstorm and create engaging content on Social Media.
• Produce creative and compelling videos, images, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content on Social Media to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor and engage with our audience on both platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Support in the execution of Social Media campaigns, including content calendar management, asset creation, and performance tracking.
• Track and analyze Social Media metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and content, and generate reports to share insights and recommendations.

What are we looking for

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or recent graduate).
• Passion for Social Media, digital marketing, and staying updated with emerging trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work 2 times a week from the office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, Instagram Insights) is a plus.
