Responsibility
- Developing digital marketing content and strategies for Fb Ads, Instagram Ads
- Responsible to plan, and develop creative branding strategy for marketing channel especially in digital; Social Media (Fb Ads & Instagram Ads) for increasing awareness/achieve marketing goals
- Responsible to create promotional ideas and follow trends in marketplace and Social Media
- Maintain and increase engagement through creative content on Social Media Jendela360
- Stay updated with the latest trends and able to implement it to the marketing strategies
- Experience in creating video content for brands or businesses
- Understand the brand strategy, consumer insight, campaign planning, execution & evaluation
- Good time management & planning skills with the ability to manage own priorities and output.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media. Communication, or similar relevant field
- At least 3-4 years experience in the same field (Digital Marketing for Ads)
- Required skill (s) : Fb Ads, Instagram Ads, Copywriting, Data Analytical
- Design and implement marketing campaign include the objectives/KPI, budgeting, expected output, and measure the campaign results (Meta Ads)
- Fun to communicate with

- Creative, good communication skills
- Lead marketing team and manage activity in Social Media, Ads, Offline Activation, and Creative Assets
