Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SOCIAL MEDIA strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain SOCIAL MEDIA accounts instagram, tiktok, website, ecommers (Tiktok, Shopee, Tokpedia, Lazada) creating engaging content, and interacting with the online community.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to promote special events, offers, and updates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing optimization.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SOCIAL MEDIA efforts using analytics tools and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
- Manage the content team the videographer, graphic design, photographer to make and publish a proper content on company SOCIAL MEDIA.
- Set up monthly and weekly content planner
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in all major, more opportunity for marketing major
- Previous experience in managing SOCIAL MEDIA campaigns.
- Have minimum 3 years experience as SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER or officer, preferably in Beauty Product, Skincare
- Solid understanding of SOCIAL MEDIA platforms, content creation, and community management.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools, SOCIAL MEDIA management (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc) and analytics platforms (SEO) like SEMrush, Moz Pro, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and innovative marketing campaigns.
