JOBDESC:
- Develop and implement SOCIAL MEDIA strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain SOCIAL MEDIA accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog, and others.
- Create engaging content including text, image, and video posts for SOCIAL MEDIA channels.
- Monitor SOCIAL MEDIA channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze SOCIAL MEDIA metrics and performance data to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated with SOCIAL MEDIA trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Develop and manage SOCIAL MEDIA advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Engage with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
- Write advertising copy, articles, website text, brochures, and other marketing materials for various platforms.
- Understand and analyze the needs of the target audience and craft appropriate messages to engage and influence them.
- Collaborate with creative teams, including graphic designers and marketing specialists, to develop effective concepts and ideas.
- Ensure compliance with brand voice and established writing style by the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market research to create relevant content that generates positive responses from the audience.
- Edit and revise content based on feedback from clients or project managers.
- Manage delivery schedules and ensure all projects are completed on time.
- Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) if necessary.
CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Previous experience in SOCIAL MEDIA management or related roles preferred.
- Familiarity with SOCIAL MEDIA platforms and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in major SOCIAL MEDIA platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to use SOCIAL MEDIA management tools and analytics platforms effectively.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling and effective copy for SOCIAL MEDIA posts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in tracking and analyzing SOCIAL MEDIA metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple SOCIAL MEDIA accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changes in SOCIAL MEDIA algorithms and trends.
