JOBDESC:

• Develop and implement SOCIAL MEDIA strategies to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
• Manage and maintain SOCIAL MEDIA accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blog, and others.
• Create engaging content including text, image, and video posts for SOCIAL MEDIA channels.
• Monitor SOCIAL MEDIA channels for brand mentions, comments, and messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Analyze SOCIAL MEDIA metrics and performance data to track progress and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated with SOCIAL MEDIA trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
• Develop and manage SOCIAL MEDIA advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Engage with influencers and manage influencer partnerships to expand reach and engagement.
• Write advertising copy, articles, website text, brochures, and other marketing materials for various platforms.
• Understand and analyze the needs of the target audience and craft appropriate messages to engage and influence them.
• Collaborate with creative teams, including graphic designers and marketing specialists, to develop effective concepts and ideas.
• Ensure compliance with brand voice and established writing style by the company.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market research to create relevant content that generates positive responses from the audience.
• Edit and revise content based on feedback from clients or project managers.
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure all projects are completed on time.
• Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) if necessary.

CRITERIA:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Previous experience in SOCIAL MEDIA management or related roles preferred.
• Familiarity with SOCIAL MEDIA platforms and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in major SOCIAL MEDIA platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Ability to use SOCIAL MEDIA management tools and analytics platforms effectively.
• Strong creative skills with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write compelling and effective copy for SOCIAL MEDIA posts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in tracking and analyzing SOCIAL MEDIA metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple SOCIAL MEDIA accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes in SOCIAL MEDIA algorithms and trends.
