Responsibilities:
- Build and manage all marketing & branding initiatives to develop brand awareness, optimal market positioning, customer loyalty, reputation, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Manage website, Social Media & develop online marketing initiatives with holistic, innovative campaigns across digital programs/platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Meta Ads (Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp), Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, and other online sources on regular to drive traffic, customer acquisition and conversion.
- Develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies & PR campaign to build brand equity, customer awareness, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and reputation.
- Establish and maintain third parties’ relationship, partnership, sponsorship, B2B, collaborations, events related to marketing activities.
- Responsible in sales promotion include developing marketing strategies, copy writing and co-ordinating with outside suppliers or third parties.
- Work closely with agencies (advertising, market research, PR, Social Media) to make sure all the campaign are delivered effectively.
- Expert in digital marketing, create content creative and copywriting (images, videos, articles) and Social Media report every month.
- Strategically developing Social Media campaign and content plan that aligns and stays consistent with the brand's identity.
- Staying Update with Monitoring Social Media trends and industry best practices and adapt content strategies to remain current and effective.
- Providing guidance to the design team on the visual content that has been planned.
- Utilizing Social Media tools to analyse Social Media campaign, content, and KOL to gather insights and action plan.
Requirements:
- Graduate of communication, marketing, journalism, or a related field
- Have experience or basic knowledge in the Food & Beverage Industry.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience developing Social Media content for a company/brand or working experience at a digital.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of Social Media management and strategy.
- Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Broad knowledge of the Social Media landscape, platforms, and technologies.
