RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and oversee multiple SOCIAL MEDIA platforms – (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest etc.).
2. Create, organize and post SOCIAL MEDIA content based on management’s requirements.
3. Create and organize mix marketing campaigns on multiple platforms simultaneously.
4. Work in close tandem with the creative department.
5. Ability to work both in and out of office.
6. Good time-management skills.
7. Ability to work under pressurizing timelines.
8. Ability to work outside the working hours and days (weekends) during stressful work volumes.
9. Ability to work and collaborate with teammates in an office environment.
10. Organize, report and present SOCIAL MEDIA trends and activities to management.
11. Follow management’s budget spending and targets.
12. Follow, respect, help and enhance the company’s mission, vision and values.
13. Improve job knowledge by tracking emerging SOCIAL MEDIA trends; participate in company sponsored professional seminaries; participate in “know-how” exchange programs.
14. Ability to work on a results-oriented enterprise model.
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
1. Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of SOCIAL MEDIA platforms (especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube).
3. Ability to create and manage SOCIAL MEDIA content and campaigns on different platforms.
4. Great personality and communication skills.
5. Creative thinker.
6. Basic knowledge of at least one photo editing program.
