Job Description:

1. Create engaging and shareable TikTok content, including videos, challenges, and trends, that resonate with the target audience.
2. Manage and optimize TikTok accounts, including profile setup, follower and engagement.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates, to evaluate campaign success and suggest data-driven decisions.
4. Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
5. Conduct research and utilize analytics tools to gain insights into the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and interests on TikTok.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TikTok strategies.
7. Keep abreast of TikTok's policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain compliance.
8. Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Job Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven min 1 year experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful TikTok campaigns.
* In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trends, and best practices.
* Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software.
* Familiarity with TikTok advertising options and targeting capabilities.
* Willing to be the talent of the content with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
