Responsibilities
- Ready to work in rural community.
- Understanding about Fairtrade, CP certification standardize
- Understanding about Fair Labor Assessment (including control of Child Labor Law)
- Leading a governance program in AAA cluster (Aceh & Bandung)
- Organize the process on HRDD (Human Right Due Diligence)
- Support cooperative to deliver training to farmers
- Liaise with cooperative to lead farm intervention
- HRDD – FLA accreditation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the sociology/psychology/public relation.
- Have experience in working within Non Governmental Organization (NGO) environment.
- Good communication skills (in-Person and written): communicate effectively, and concisely in person.
- Familiar to do training and be a facilitator for community.
- Have experience on gender, child labor mitigation and fair labor aspects
- Basic knowledge on project management
- Willing to be placed in Aceh and/or West Java.
