We are seeking a Social Strategy Director to lead our digital initiatives and spearhead innovative social media strategies.

As the Social Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing advanced social media strategies, driving integrated digital brand building, and overseeing advanced content marketing efforts.

Your exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in guiding and motivating a team of content strategists to achieve results.

What You’ll Need

  • 8 to 10 years experience in social media marketing and strategy development roles
  • Proven experience in advanced social media strategy development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in integrated digital brand building and achieving measurable results.
  • Expertise in advanced content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership. Lead a team of content strategists to develop and execute content marketing strategies including but not limited to : channel / touchpoint strategy, digital ecosystem, messaging frameworks, editorial plan development, digital audience engagement strategies, and influencer / content creator strategy.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Team Leadership. Work closely with the brand strategy team to ensure cohesive thinking and execution of integrated campaigns from brand strategy to digital strategy.

Work closely with senior stakeholders in the organization in developing digital / social media strategies.

  • Industry Trends Leadership. Be at the forefront of social media trends and digital best practices, pro-actively consuming what’s trending and be able to link it back to brand and business building.
  • Data and Analytics Leadership. Work closely with the analyst team and guide the team of content strategists to oversee content performance reports, KPI development, performance optimization, and action planning.
  • Stakeholder Management. Build strong relationship with senior clients on everything content and digital through thought-leadership and regular engagements.

Support and assist the Head of Content in whatever needs arise.
