Software Developer (Springboot, Go, Ruby, Rust) - Banking Industry

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a backend developer.

2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot is mandatory.

3. Familiarity with Go / Ruby on Rails / Rust is bonus point.

4. Strong understanding of Java OOP principles and design patterns is essential.

5. Demonstrated ability to deliver clean, efficient code with well-structured architecture.

6. Strong analytical thinking skills, along with collaboration and communication capabilities within a team.

7. Hands-on experience with RDBMS frameworks such as Hibernate or iBatis.

8. Solid foundational knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

9. Proven experience in API unit testing and performance testing.
