About the Team
Customer Platforms group is responsible for the core user flows in Gojek Customer Apps which services 10s of use cases to millions of users. The Customer Growth Vertical is responsible for optimizing for (providing incremental) transactions at select touch points outside of the core product flows via non-incentivized means. These include the “registration and first time user experience flows”, “cross sell”, and “search”.
