***Scope Of Work***

As a System Analyst you are required to perform the role well, such as understanding business requirements, defining the scope of the project, and designing systems based on requests from clients. For your information, the system created in this project is an build big data system and dashboard.

***Job Responsibilities***

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, users, and technical teams, to gather and understand project requirements.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to identify system requirements.

• Translate gathered requirements into technical specifications and system design documents.

• Contribute to project planning activities, helping to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.

• Collaborate with project managers to provide updates on the progress of system analysis activities.

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that the system meets specified requirements and standards.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Early Phase Documents (BRD, SRS, Use Case Diagrams & User Stories, and DFDs), Development Phase Documents (FSD, TDD, Test Plan & Test Cases), Implementation Phase Documents (User Manuals & Training Materials, Implementation Plan), and Additional Documents (CRDs, Risk Management Plan, Project Status Report)

• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant project team members.

***Job Requirement***

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Previous experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Agile & Scrum.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.

• Familiarity with various IT systems and technologies.

• Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and test plans.

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp.

• Willing to work onsite at client's office (Jakarta Pusat)

• Willing to join as soon as possible (ASAP)
