- Negotiate yearly and promotional contract rates with key accommodation providers;
- Develop relationships with new accommodation providers;
- Update information about price, promotions, allotments, and stop-sale conditions from suppliers to related departments;
- Cooperate closely with the contracting, loading, product, and inbound teams;
- Utilise rate comparison reports to identify and react to pricing opportunities within the business;
- Competitor pricing and seasonal rate positioning;
- Consulting third-party intermediaries to gain maximum exposure & revenue;
- Set and update rate strategy per market segment;
- Support Contracting Department on Contracting Strategy plan and implementation;
- Participate actively in local networking.
Job Requirements
- Indonesian nationals;
- Bachelor's degree in tourism and/or related working experience;
- Prior experience in directly managing tourism B2B digital marketing with focus on yield management;
- Fluency in English a good command of other European languages would be an advantage;
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and commercial in their approach, with effective problem-solving aptitude;
- Strategic thinker with strong market knowledge;
- Attention to detail, ability to translate data into understandable & actionable information;
- Able to present and influence at board level;
- Dynamic and motivating with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines;
- Proactive and creative mentality with curiosity and desire to learn;
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects;
- Proficient computer and system skills;
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities;
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally;
- High degree of flexibility;
