Sourcing Analyst

Job Description

1. Develop & Source commodity Fabrics & Sewing accessories such as fabrics, ribbon, die-cut part, bead, trim, thread that meet Mattel’s Quality & Safety requirements.
2. Ensure that materials are purchased at the best overall value and in a timely manner to support schedule adherence;
3. Maintain good relationship with suppliers and monitor suppliers’ performances in order to optimize the efficiency.
4. Find potential buyers for PTMI obsolete materials, do negotiation on price and follow up the transaction.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum Diploma or S1 degree from Textile or Business Administration related to industrial manufacturing.
2. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Manufacturing plant,
3. Advance knowledge on:

• Sourcing
• Material planning & Buying
• Fluent in English is a must
• Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• System support knowledge and advance computer literacy skill (e.g. AS 400, Excel, programming) is a plus.
