Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Healthcare | Mandaluyong  

• Attend to customer questions concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution.
• Effectively present, discuss and/or address customer concerns and requests in a way that conveys an image of quality and superior understanding of customer needs.
• Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
• Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources

• At least Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate.
• Must have at least 1 year healthcare experience in a BPO.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong on shifting schedule.
• Proficient in Spanish language, both written and spoken. Average to Good English communication skills
• Knowledge in internet navigation and Microsoft Excel and Word.
