Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Spare Parts are delivered efficiently and effectively according to standards, quality levels or minimum requirements
- Monitor Spare Parts delivery/pickup, storage and usage and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
- Responsible to predict material and spare part request based on company target
- Monitoring and reporting material and spare part usage and how to fix it
- Monitoring inbound and outbound shipping
- Coordinating with purchasing team and vendors in material and spare part shipping.
- Monitoring daily count cycle to ensure quantity and quality of material and spare part
- Developing operational procedure that are aligned with company target
- Preparing periodical report regarding stocks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Inventory, Supply Chain or Warehouse, with preference from Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) or heavy equipment company
- Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline
- A deep understanding of the specific industry, its trends, and the services offered by the organization
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
- Capable of analyzing complex issues and implementing solutions to address challenges in service delivery
- Proven skills in using MS Excel and other ERP Program
- Good in English (oral and written) and computer literate
- Knowledgeable in Safety and ISO requirements
