Spare Parts Analyst & Control

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Spare Parts are delivered efficiently and effectively according to standards, quality levels or minimum requirements
• Monitor Spare Parts delivery/pickup, storage and usage and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
• Responsible to predict material and spare part request based on company target
• Monitoring and reporting material and spare part usage and how to fix it
• Monitoring inbound and outbound shipping
• Coordinating with purchasing team and vendors in material and spare part shipping.
• Monitoring daily count cycle to ensure quantity and quality of material and spare part
• Developing operational procedure that are aligned with company target
• Preparing periodical report regarding stocks

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Inventory, Supply Chain or Warehouse, with preference from Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) or heavy equipment company 
• Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline
• A deep understanding of the specific industry, its trends, and the services offered by the organization
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively interact with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
• Capable of analyzing complex issues and implementing solutions to address challenges in service delivery
• Proven skills in using MS Excel and other ERP Program
• Good in English (oral and written) and computer literate
• Knowledgeable in Safety and ISO requirements
