Job Descriptions :
- Proactively contact customer to create leads
- Providing support for incoming customer inquiries in person or by phone, email and ensuring the request handle professionally
- Check and gather all the needed information for spare parts enquires from internal or external customers.
- Clarify and Identifying part numbers using provided tools (CRM, POD, SAP ERP, Windchill) also coordinate with field engineer if needed
- Check the master data for delivery time of the part required by customer, contact respective Buhler factory if missing information in master data
- Calculate the price in accordance to delivery term and mode of transport
- Create quotation in SAP
- Submit quotation to customer
- Proactively contact customer by phone or email or join visit with sales for quotation follow up
- Ongoing monitoring of open quotation until order is fulfilled.
- Expedite into orders when needed for urgent case or machine breakdown under approval of supervisor
- Initiate proactively collaboration with internal in fulfilling customer request
Requirements :
- D3-S1 from Technical education background preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the same similiar field of work
- Familiar with SAP and good in excel
- Familiar with incoterms
- Familiar with drawings
- Fluent in english
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Team player mentality
- Highly sense of ownership
