Job Description:
- Develop potential orders & maintain and promote each potential customer order, and follow up on the delivery status of each completed order.
- Follow up and handle each customer complaint, record and provide feedback.
- Execute and implement every task assigned by superiors.
- Implement and ensure the accuracy of the order entry system.
- Execute and ensure the correct recording of store cash and the correct handover of inventory.
- Receive & serve every customer in store or online, demonstrate the most professional sales skills to promote order closing.
Job Requirements:
- Achieve sales target set by the management.
- Experience minimum two year working with customer support or retail furniture.
- Willing to work shifting (Saturday & Sunday).
- Good command of spoken English.
