The candidate will work closely with Head of Business, alongside the Directors in charge on critical projects. - Project Planning and Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan, outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Team Leadership:
- Assemble and lead a high-performing cross-functional project team
- Provide clear direction, delegate tasks, and ensure effective collaboration among team members
- Resource Management:
- Manage project resources, including budget, materials, and personnel
- Anticipate and address potential resource constraints to ensure smooth project execution
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess project risks, developing proactive mitigation strategies
- Adapt project plans as needed to address challenges and ensure project success
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and milestones
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards
- Conduct thorough reviews and testing as necessary
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular status reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, decisions, and outcomes
