Specialist, PPIC

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and plan to make every incoming order can be fulfilled according to customer requests and control the production plan so that it can be used for existing orders according to the requested product for smooth business operation.
• Conduct business process performance analysis and lead improvement/automation action plan business operation excellence
• Execute operation management/ business process end to end process to achieve operational excellence (High Productivity, High Quality, Low Cost, On Time Delivery, Safety, Man Power discipline and maintain enviroment)
• Organize resources (Man power, Raw material, consumables, and Machine/Tools) and collaborate with respective department for resources effectiveness
• Able to implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, MBOS, etc) to make business sustainable and continuous improvement

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Have minimum 5 years in experienced as supervisor level in manufactured company
• Have a good product knowledge, product optimization and inventory management 
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Familiar and Experienced in using SAP or inventory systems
• Willing to work in Karawang, Jawa Barat
