About the role

The Specialist Training Welding will be responsible To train & assess TCI Welder in all aspects of fabrication (material, design, fabrication, inspection) in order to achieve maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and to ensure all job done as guidance from Plant Standard. In the beginning, will get fabrication training in Australia.

In this role, you will:

• Actively participate team building activities
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills by establishing working/cordial relationships and by demonstrating effort to co-operate with employees at all levels by ensuring a thorough understanding of their learning requirements
• Provide mentoring / coaching for welder and site workplace site lh trainers
• Ensure that all equipment used for training activities is ‘fit for purpose’
• Ensure compliance to TCI HSE policies with all applicable health, safety and environmental laws, regulations, and statutory obligations always
• Understand identify training need and priority tasks
• Understand end to end training process
• Ensure all attained competencies are recorded in hard, soft copy and Laamp
• Provide training to TCI employees & Sub Contractors in all aspects
• Conduct analyzing on job training on all Site regarding inspection and fabrication chassis, material etc.

About you

• 1 years previous experience in a similar role on site
• 10 years previous experience in mining, maintenance, and repair of fabrication activities
• Experience with maintenance and repair procedures & processes
• Practical heavy earth moving equipment technical including component rebuilding
• Good communication skills – written & verbal in Bahasa & English
• Team works – works effectively with others and relates to fellow workers
• Personal impact & effectiveness
