Sport & Recreation Supervisor - Bali, Indonesia - Novotel, Accor Hotels

Deskripsi

· To be responsible for the Supervision of the All Recreation department.

· Manage the daily Recreation activities and train; direct staff.

· Oversee aspects of the sports including: guest relations, maintenance of equipment and infrastructure, finances, team and staff development.

· Assist in the set-up for all facilitated activities and execute clean-up duties upon completion of program, including cleaning and sanitizing of spaces and objects, before, during, and after the facilities open / activity ends.

· Current Standard First Aid with CPR "C" or greater is mandatory

· Lifeguard Certificated

· At least 2 years experience in the same position

· Experienced in 4 or 5 star hotel

· Good command of English both spoken and written

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
