Spray Dry Operator in Indonesia - Your future position?

As a Spray Dry Operator with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavour industry, you are one of our succession team in delivering our product to our dedicated customers. You will be part of the Taste & Wellbeing Production Team in our plant, reporting directly to the Production Team Leader. To work under direct supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines by delivering production orders assigned by the Shift Leader to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks of a production process. In this exciting role you also will:

• Work in accordance with all good manufacturing practice and externally required food safety and processing guidelines and manufacturing products according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards.
• Operate with no loss time injuries or OSHA recordable.
• Process and maintain paperwork in a timely and this includes formula process sheets, control charts, log books, lot records, work orders, QC records, and all relevant process data (temperature, pressure, analytical results, etc.)
• Complete all sanitation and housekeeping duties as listed on master sanitation schedule. Insure that all sanitation duties are completed on time

Your professional profile includes:

• Diploma with proficiency in Technical Skills or Chemistry fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• 3 to 4 years of experience in flavour, ingredient, food or chemical manufacturing preferred
• An understanding and having strong attention to food safety, hyigine, and good house keeping
• Basic knowledge in English and SAP bar coding/scanning experience preferred.
• Having a basic math, reading and recordkeeping skills.
• Familiar with Basic PC skills, including competency in MS Office products.
• Ingredient knowledge around colour, odour, order of addition and other pertinent quality factors.
• Self-motivated and having ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team
• Capability of performing routine work assignments and following directions with less supervision
