- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment, with specific experience in finishing and knitting processes.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of knitting processes, including operation of machinery and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with production workers, management, and other departments.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, coordinating maintenance and repair activities as needed to minimize downtime.
- Communicate production goals, performance metrics, and updates to production workers and management team.
