Job Description:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and business analysts in platform development and maintenance
- Platform Monitoring: Monitor platform performance, track important metrics, and ensure smooth development and resolution of emerging issues.
- Problem Solution: Handle and resolve issues related to the sales platform, both from a technical and business perspective, to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Manage development and improvement of the platform, including organizing the team, budget, schedule and necessary resources.
- People Management: Create an Individual Development Plan for each member and monitor its successful activities periodically
- Strategic: Prepare an Activity Plan every year including Budgeting, conduct regular reviews of the achievement of the Activity Plan and review the use of the Budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a major in Business Management/Information Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience and knowledge of platform management.
- Have competency in Technical Expert, Web Development, Mobile Development, Project Management, Database Management, Security, Data analysis, Used Car Business acumen, Microservices Architecture
- Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
