Sr. People & Organization Development Officer

Job Purpose : 

Implementing procedure and guide the process of People & Organization Development in company such as recruitment, training & development, performance management (key performance indicator & competency evaluation), talent management, succession plan, employee transfer & promotion, job analysis, job description, work load analysis.

Career Level / Status        :    Senior Officer / Permanent Employee

Work Location                 :    Lubuk Gaung, Dumai, Riau

Valid until                       :    30 April 2024

Qualification : 

1. Education min Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Administration/Management/English Literature, or any relevant background.
2. Have experience in handling recruitment, training, KPI and other scopes of Organization Development min 5 years.
3. Max age 40 years old.
4. Fluent english skill is a must (verbal and written)
5. Familiar with processs and implementation of Recruitment Procedure, Training Program Arrangement, KPI, Job Analysis/Job Description, Work Load Analysis, Talent Management and Succession Plan.
6. Familiar with HRMS or HRIS.
7. Excellent in Microsoft Office, Administration, Documentation System
