The Senior Social Media Associate, reporting to the Head of Social Media, collaborates closely with the Creative, Brand, Academy, Growth, and Data Analytics teams. They play a pivotal role in executing Social Media strategies aligned with organizational goals, covering content creation, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analysis. This collaboration fosters innovative initiatives driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create, curate and publish contents on Telegram, Twitter & Discord according to the channel style
- Ensure consistent and timely content delivery according to content calendar planning
- Close communication & alignment with related internal stakeholders & appointed Social Media Agency (if any) for daily operations
Conversation Building:
- These three channels require specific handling as they live off conversations & member engagements, to moderate conversations on daily basis
- To experiment from time-to-time with community activities and live streaming
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regular data checkpoints and insight derivation from Sprinklr, or other specific tools i.e. Telegram Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Discord Analytics
- Support Social Media Manager and Head of Social Media with collecting data into actionable recommendations to optimize Social Media strategies
- Generate regular reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years experience as Social Media Admins preferably in fast-paced tech environment specializing on Telegram, Twitter & Discord with clear success stories
- Hunger and drive to own these channels and live by them on daily basis
- Ability to speak, write, and editorial skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Have at least basic understanding about investments and preferably have a personal experience to trade any investment products
- Proven experience in Social Media management, with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Proficiency in Social Media scheduling and analytics tools
- Familiarity with advertising on Social Media platforms
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong problem-solving skills
