• Creating graphic content as needed• Performing administrative tasks related to bookkeeping• Uploading new products and updating product prices• Preparing necessary databases• Managing websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Maximum age of 35 for both male and female applicants• Honest, diligent, and creative• Good written communication skills• Minimum education requirement is high school diploma• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if necessary• Residing in Jogja and living near the store• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and graphic design tools• Basic knowledge of photography• Willingness to learn administrative bookkeeping tasks• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Admin for an online shop, e-commerce, or social media• Familiarity with online marketplace sales systems (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp Business)
