Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Record employee’s attendance.
  • Assist the recruitment process such as sourcing CV, scheduling interview, collect documents, and prepare onboarding needs.
  • Support drafting HR SOP, Manual, and HR announcement (Occasionally).
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).

Qualifications

  • Experience in related fields minimum 1 or 2 years
  • Have a great work ethic
  • Strong administration skill and attention to detail
  • Experienced in OSS, HRIS, and BPJS
  • Proficientcy in Ms. Office

Persyaratan minimum:
  • Tersedia jam fleksibel
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
  • Tanggal mulai kerja: 15 March 2024
  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per bulan
