Job Description
- Responsibilities related to inbound stock include receiving shipments, inspecting the quality and quantity of items, updating inventory records, and organizing products within the warehouse.
- Managing outbound stock involves tasks such as order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery. It also includes updating inventory records to reflect the reduction in stock levels.
- Track and monitor shipment statuses, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for easy retrieval, including stock opname records.
- Coordinate and facilitate the flow of information between departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of internal and external communications.
- Do journal procces on missing item, posting stocktake discrepancies (data physical inventory) into the system. Also comparing system data with physical store quantities to ensure stock validity.
Requirements:
- Final year student (with no class attend) or fresh graduate pursuing a bachelor/diploma degree from any major
- Available to join ASAP.
- Have knowledge with Accurate, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with inventory management, logistics and delivery processes.
- Have experience in administrative roles is a plus.
