We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Branch Operation .
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible to support the service and operation to customer of the branch
- To follow up transaction from the customer through counter teller and follow the SOP
- To follow up every obstacles related with payment and other operation things
- To book wealth product and insurance base on documentation and valid ID, to serve other customer's need such as Cheque book request, debit card and PIN request, SDB customer
- Send and keep transaction document base on SOP
- Follow up customer's complaint to internal department or other branch to solve the problem
