We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Card and Portfolio.
Responsibilities :
This position handle daily Card Portfolio, Loan program fulfillment.
Handle and solve incoming complain and queries from internal or external customers.
Prepare regular reporting for both internal and external department.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements :
Excellent in Microsoft office especially in excel, macro / programming is an advantage
Could work with short time due, team player, have good communication skill
Have good analytical thinking and initiative
