Job Description

Infineon Batam is seeking an energetic and ambitious candidate to drive and execute Quality systematic in project/change management process & line engineering and Deploy Safe launch requirements
In your new role you will:

• Responsible to drive and execute Quality systematic in project/change management process & line engineering + FMEA ( design, Process, Maintenance) deployment and sustaining continuous improvement.
• Deploy Safe launch requirements ( Control Plan/ assessment criteria, Failure catalog systematic, FMEA, Equipment release, SPC Space setup, Test SBA, etc.) & handshake to Line QE after A9 into Production CP, Failure catalog, FMEA, Equipment GR&R, SPC/ SBA limit system.
• Review Qualification result & drive improvement actions

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Min 5 years of semiconductor backend experience.
• Experience in the Quality system, audit-related work., people management / supervisory / leadership skills.
• Auditor certification, FMEA, and risk assessment.
• Strong in 8D or problem-solving skills.
