Staff Export

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field

2. Have an experienced in Forwarding/Logistic (Cargo) for Export at least 2-3 years

3. Excellent negotiation, presentation, maintaining relationship with customer, networking and communications skills

4. Excellent to operate Microsoft office

5. Well organized and able to work independently as well as in a team

6. Able to work under pressure with tight deadline

7. Written and verbal fluency in English

Job Description :

1.Handle document export such as BL,AWB,PEB,COO etc 

2.Checking schedule and process booking to shipping lines, consolidator or Airlines by web’s online or manual.

3. Monitoring and coordinate export shipment progress and update report to customer

4. Coordinate with internal team such as sales, finance and operations team regarding the shipment progress

5. Coordinate with external parties such as shipping lines, Depot, CY, Regulated Agent, warehouse and Trucking
