- Lead & handle purchasing & exim team (Import & Local)
- Review outstanding Purchase Request
- Monitor outstanding PO
- Plan and manage inventory level
- Understand import process & logistic process
- Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Candidate must be very organized and detail oriented
- Good written communication skills in English, Mandarin (a plus)
- Familiar with shipping incoterms & Indonesian import regulations
- Understands & have handled imports of goods from different countries
- Understands forwarders' & couriers rates and charges
- Familiar with Accurate Accounting Software
- Lots of sourcing activities for local purhcase
- Lots of documents handling
- Proficient in data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Especially Excel
- Know how to use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUM, PIVOT, etc
Requirements :
- Understands how to calculate cost of goods sold
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia (Must be proficient in English & Mandarin)
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): inventory management, supply chain, purchasing, purchase order, communication, logistics, import
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
